After working with hundreds/ thousands of women I have noticed many women struggle with self belief which is interlinked with confidence, negative thoughts and self doubt.

This episode with Tommy really got into the why and what we can do about this to build ourselves up again. Because without self belief it is a up hill battle if we want to reach our fitness goals and live a healthier and happier lifestyle.

Financial, Work, Family, Technology and lack of time all contribute towards stress and with more and more people struggling to cope its time to get a handle on stress so it doesn't come out in the form of anxiety, depression, heart disease, high blood pressure or cholesterol.

I go into the adaptations that occur in the body when we are stressed. What happens if stress is prolonged over time and what you can do about it.

Iphone_trans Listening to podcasts on your mobile devices is extremely convenient -- and it's what makes the podcasting medium so powerful.
