Binge eating and emotional eating is a really common problem that many women struggle with.

In todays past paced world life can be stressful on so many levels and food can be used as a coping mechanism and emotional crutch.

This is definitely a topic close to my heart as I have gone through my own personal journey a few years ago so I know just how frustrating it can be to so badly want to be able to see changes but find yourself riddled with guilt because you can't break the habit.
